JORAN SHIPPING POLICY

At JORAN, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the final destination.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, JORAN is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, original shipping charges and any return shipping costs may be deducted from an eligible refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

JORAN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

Claims for lost or missing packages must be submitted within 15 days of the carrier's marked delivery date.

JORAN will gladly assist customers in working with the shipping carrier to investigate delivery issues.

Please note that carrier investigations may require additional processing time.

Delivered Packages

JORAN is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Each case may be reviewed individually.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify JORAN within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of:

  • The shipping packaging.

  • The shipping label.

  • The exterior damage to the package.

JORAN will review each case individually.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, JORAN reserves the right to issue a refund for the unavailable item and ship the remaining items.

Fraud Prevention

JORAN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, abuse of our policies, or other suspicious activity.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, JORAN ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
