JORAN RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At JORAN, we are committed to providing premium activewear designed for comfort, confidence, and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Requests submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Authorization

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from JORAN.

Packages returned without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage.

  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

  • Be in the same condition in which they were received.

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval.

JORAN reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.

If your item does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed.

  • Original tags remain attached.

  • The requested size is available in stock.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Customers are encouraged to review the size guide before placing an order.

JORAN cannot guarantee fit, as body shapes and personal preferences vary.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned packages are properly shipped and tracked. JORAN is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit.

Please retain your proof of postage and return tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for:

  • Size exchanges.

  • Color changes.

  • Style changes.

  • General returns.

JORAN will cover return shipping costs only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item contains a verified manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any shipping fees incurred for refused shipments or returned packages may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or washed items.

  • Items without original tags.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Promotional items marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards.

Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was shipped, please contact JORAN within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The item.

  • The packaging.

  • The shipping label.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

JORAN reserves the right to determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.

Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, improper care, accidents, alterations, or events occurring after delivery are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
